David Ochsman is a Washington, DC-area real estate professional with deep roots in the region and a passion for helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. As a fifth-generation Washingtonian, he brings extensive knowledge of DC's neighborhoods, close-in Maryland communities, and the broader metropolitan market.

Before transitioning to residential real estate, David spent more than a decade in commercial real estate, where he developed expertise in contracts, financial analysis, negotiations, and project management. Today, he leverages that experience to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions, navigate complex transactions, and achieve their real estate goals.

Known for his thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and proactive communication, David is committed to providing a seamless and personalized experience. His clients appreciate his honesty, responsiveness, and ability to anticipate challenges before they become obstacles.

Having lived in Potomac, on Capitol Hill, and now in Chevy Chase, David offers firsthand knowledge of many of the communities that make the Washington region unique. Whether assisting first-time buyers, move-up clients, or those relocating within the area, he provides local insight and strategic guidance tailored to each client's needs.



Outside of real estate, David is an active supporter of the arts and serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Signature Theatre. He also enjoys hosting friends, hiking with his dogs, and spending time on the golf course.
